It doesn't cost anything to join and is completely secure.

Sandra your question or issue, and mail her a cheque or
money order in US funds. Your response will be sent when
the cheque arrives. Sandra will tell you where to mail the
cheque when she gets your email.
Allow
up to one week for your answers. If you are in crisis, Sandra
will often reply immediately.
If
you wish to use the email consultation for Sandra's comments
on your creative writing, send to her as an email attachment,
a Word document (or similar) of up to 10 pages of your work,
double spaced, pages numbered.
If
you wish to use the email consultation to support you with
a personal issue, take your time when writing about your question
or issue. Sometimes it's good to wait a day or so before you
send your email. Thoughts become clearer after your first
'draft'. You might come up with additional related questions.
Even an hour or two can have this affect.
If
you wait a while before sending the email you allow yourself
the space and opportunity to make your own discoveries. You
give your inner self an opportunity to connect with what you
are writing, and often your own answers will arise naturally,
