Sandra Jensen’s stories have appeared in AGNIWorld Literature Today, Sou’wester and The Irish Times amongst others. Awards include winning the Bridport Prize’s Peggy Chapman-Andrews Award for a First Novel, First Place in the bosque Fiction Prize and honourable mentions from Glimmer Train. She also won the J.G. Farrell award for best novel-in-progress. Sandra leads writing retreats and coaches writers.

Her background is eclectic, including careers in weaving, performance art, Jeet Kune Do, graphic design and IT. She taught Photoshop to refugee monks and nuns in Dharamsala and fly-shuttle weaving to school children in Ireland. She has exhibited her photography in London and Toronto.
